TOM PIKE

I’ve done a lot of everything.

​​I was a rock wall instructor, sports journalist, copywriter, producer, and creative director.

What began as an obsession with film at university - making short films and dreaming of Hollywood - has pragmatically grown to include advertising, marketing, and communications.

​

These days I'm working in-house at MOVEMBER, where I create campaigns that keep the DONOR DOLLARS ROLLING IN, content that supports THOSE IN NEED and comms that highlight our LIFE-SAVING WORK. I collaborate with our partners on INTEGRATED ACTIVATIONS, subject matter experts to help CHANGE BEHAVIOURS, and our insights team to discover NEW OPPORTUNITIES to raise more CRITICAL FUNDS.​

At my heart, I'm all about smart CREATIVE, deliberate CONTENT, and integrated CAMPAIGNS.

Sure, I've picked up plenty of marketing strategy and social media know-how along the way - they just don't start with "C."

 

My experience means I can see the big picture, manage teams, and ensure everyone is pulling in the same direction.

But I also love diving into the details: ideating, pitching, writing, organising, and executing.

​

What excites me most is smart and considered work that makes an audience feel, think, reconsider, wonder, and then act.

​

Finally and most importantly, I take myself way less seriously than the following photo would have you believe.
